Working with animals is something people have always told me I should do, and now that I am here, it really does feel like the right fit. Since joining the team, I’ve had a lot to learn as someone still new to the role but it’s been an exciting and rewarding experience. I love challenging myself, picking up new skills, and being surrounded by people who genuinely care about what they do.
With a solid background in customer-facing roles, I’ve built a strong track record of creating positive client experiences through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism. I take pride in making people feel welcomed and supported
Outside of the clinic, I’m a cat mum to Yaw, my lively tabby who’s full of personality. Caring for him has given me a deeper appreciation for feline behaviour and helps me connect with the clients and their cats on a more personal level.
