Senior Receptionist and Administrator
I grew up in North London and have always loved working front of house, so combining that with my passion for animals led me to a local vet practice, where I spent 13 years progressing from receptionist to Practice Manager.
I’ve been part of The London Cat Clinic family since the beginning and am proud to continue growing with the team. Over the years, I’ve completed the BVRA Accredited Veterinary Receptionist Award and more recently the Diploma in Veterinary Client Care [DipNCS(VCC).
I’m passionate about delivering the best possible client experience, and I truly believe a happy client and healthy pet is the best outcome. I also have extensive knowledge of pet insurance. It may not sound thrilling, but it plays a vital role in helping owners access the care their pets need. I’m always happy to answer questions, so pop by and say hello. I love a good chat about all things feline!
I adore cuddling cats (I tried to list my favourites, but I love them all!). Outside work, I enjoy beach walks in Herne Bay, where I live, spending time with friends and family, and travelling to Orlando whenever I get the chance
